1. Before filling up the Online Recruitment Application form, the candidate must go through the detailed Advertisement available on the DSE, Odisha website and on this page under quick links. Please proceed to fill the online application only if you are satisfied that you possess the minimum Essential Qualifications stipulated for the post in the detailed advertisement. Otherwise, submitted application(s) shall be outrightly rejected and fees will be forfeited and no request for any refund shall be entertained under any circumstance.
2. The applicants are advised to fill in all their particulars in the Online Application form carefully as any misrepresentation or suppression of information or submission of wrong data / information by the candidate in the online application will result in cancellation of his/her application. Once submitted, no correction in the application shall be allowed thereafter. It is the responsibility of the candidate to furnish correct information and the authorities shall not be responsible for rejection of application & candidature by system due to any wrong information furnished.
3. The candidates are advised to fill their correct and active e-mail address and mobile number in the online application as important messages relating to the recruitment shall be communicated to candidates through SMS & E-MAIL only. The candidates are also advised to check DSE website: regularly for updates.
4. The candidates can apply for only one post and therefore they are advised to submit only one application form for the post he/she is willing to apply. In case, multiple applications for the same post, only the last completed application form submitted with payment, shall be considered and other applications shall be summarily rejected.
5. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor shall it be adjusted against any other examination or selection process in future.
6. Please retain a print out of your finally submitted online application (complete with Payment Details) as a proof of submission of your application to DSE Odisha, whenever required.
7. The candidates must upload only relevant documents wherever required in the online application. The uploading of irrelevant/ illegible/ fabricated or password-protected documents may lead to rejection of their application, forfeiture of fees paid and other appropriate action at the discretion of DSE, Odisha.
8. The prescribed Essential Qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates for selection.
9. Instances of providing incorrect information and/or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the selection process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in any recruitment process of DSE, Odisha in the future. If such instances go undetected during the current selection process but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will take place with retrospective effect.
10. Application Edit option will be enabled from 10th Feb 2022 to 11th Feb 2022. Only Personal details and Qualification details can be changed. NOTE: Initial/Basic Registration details can not be changed.
